Certain items populate a standard shipping rate, others are advertised as free shipping to the lower 48, and others (often multiple parts or larger orders) may not show a rate. There is nothing more to do on your end if it is free or flat-rate shipping.

If your order does require a shipping cost/option, our shipping department will determine the shipping charges, and we will email you the cost/options for your order to ship out. Once you receive that email, there will be a link to pay for the charges, or you can cancel the order and be fully refunded.

All free ground shipping offers only apply to shipping addresses in the continental United States. This notification will appear above the product information and on the cart page.

Some products have a standard ground shipping policy if you require the product faster, please notify us in the notes section during checkout.

If shipping costs need to be calculated/added, you will be emailed with an updated link to your order. Your updated order will include your order's shipping costs and be your original order with the letter "A" at the end. While checking for updates on your order, please add an "A" to the end of your order number, as your order number without the "A" will show canceled since it has been superseded.

Our shipping department takes the same time and effort in packaging your products as our engineers do in designing them. However, damage can still occur in shipping. Most of these damaged items can be easily repaired during install and or in paint prep. If this is not the case, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as SDHQ from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. The buyer must notify SDHQ of any damages within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to SDHQ and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. SDHQ, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.


While we pack with care, we advise against shipping powder-coated sliders due to the risk of scuffs/scratches during transit. Any shipping-related damage isn't covered by SDHQ.


All Goose Gear products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. By checking this box, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding the unique nature of our custom manufacturing process.

Some items may be eligible to be returned if returned as new within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. If eligible for return, the return amount will be for store credit. There are NO returns after 30 days from the date of receipt. Freight is nonrefundable. Refunds will be given on parts only and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be emailed to you after your order is placed.

Also, SDHQ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please check with your neighbors and or front desk if applicable. Shipping companies can sometimes make mistakes and drop them off at the wrong location. We have also seen packages getting scanned a day or two before actually getting dropped off. If you have checked these locations in a day or two, please let us know, and we will get a claim started with the carrier. When reporting a missing package, please provide the following information:

  • The first and last name that the order is under
  • Your order number
  • The tracking number associated with the shipment

Your cart may not always display shipping charges due to varying item rates, freight orders and international orders.

Some products have standard rates, while others, particularly bulk orders, may not show a shipping rate initially. For orders that don't display a shipping rate at checkout, please expect a separate calculation for these costs. We will calculate the specific shipping charges based on your order and promptly send you an email with the details. You can then choose to pay these charges through the link provided in the email, or, if you prefer, cancel the order for a full refund.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Right now, we are booking 90-120 days for suspension modification, diagnostics, gear, and performance jobs; custom fabrication can book out as far and 1.5 years in advance. If the vehicle was not your daily driver, and we had parts available, you are more than welcome to drop the vehicle off, and we would add it to our filler list of work. So rather than a dedicated install window, our techs would do their best to get your build done when we have open shop time.

Shock Rebuilds

We rebuild shocks from King, Fox, Icon Vehicle Dynamics, Raptor OEM Fox Shocks, and TRD Pro OEM shocks. If you are unsure of what you have, send a picture of the shocks you would like serviced to our sales team

We are happy to help you with your shock rebuild needs. We typically schedule our shock rebuilds for a Wednesday 8 am drop off and depending on the scope of work, we would be looking at a pick-up at the end of the day Thursday. If the shocks need parts that are not standard stocking parts for us, the delivery time could be extended.
If you have us rebuild the front coil-overs on your vehicle, we would always recommend an alignment after the re-installation of the coil-overs. Our alignments run for $175.

To help us better estimate the base cost for you, please let us know the following info:

  • Vehicle year, make, and model
  • What position the shock(s) is that you want to be rebuilt? (Front, rear, secondary etc.)
  • What brand and diameter are the shocks?
  • Do they have remote reservoirs, piggybacks, or a standard emulsion shock?

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Superduty HQ, LLC (SDHQ Motorsports) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Currently, we do not offer any sort of sponsorship. Nevertheless, we are happy to help you with your build by getting your parts and answering any questions you may have!

Shortages and Discrepancies

We strive to provide our customers with accurate and timely shipments of products. However, in the event of any shortages or discrepancies in the products shipped, we have a five-day report period for our customers to file a claim.

If you receive a shipment that appears to be short or is different from what you have ordered, please follow the steps below:

1. Count the number of packages received and compare it to the number indicated on the shipping label.

2. Check the contents of each package against the packing list provided.

3. If you find any discrepancies, please email us at within five days of receiving the shipment. Please provide the following information in your email:

- Order number
- Date of delivery
- Description of the shortage or discrepancy
- Quantity of the missing or incorrect items

4. Our team will review your claim and respond to you within 24 hours with a resolution.
