PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

Carli Suspension's 2.0 Commuter System for the 2007-2017 Jeep JKU uses Carli-Specific front and rear Fox 2.0” internal reservoir shocks that provide 3.0" of front lift. These Carli Signature Fox shocks are tuned to deliver all around comfort and ride quality designed for on-road, in town, highway, and low-shaft-speed trail use.

LIFT HEIGHT:
The front linear rate Carli springs will lift your Jeep JKU 3.0” while the rear is lifted 2.5” utilizing progressive coil springs.

The Fox 2.0s are fully rebuildable, built with hour-glass bushings and boast extruded aluminum construction with a clear anodizing for corrosion resistance. Fox builds these shocks with their legendary red shock oil that flows well down to -55* F

KIT DETAILS:

When lifting the front end of a straight axle vehicle, the front axle is pulled off-center unless the proper linkages are addressed. This system includes an Adjustable Track Bar that’s designed to extend – we provide this measurement – to correct the driver’s side axle shift. Included in the system, we provide extended sway bar end links with spherical bearings to accommodate the extended travel and maintain the factory Rubicon Sway Bar Disconnect. The last piece of the puzzle; extended stainless brake lines ensure the bottom of the new travel stroke can be reached without ancillary component stress. A short billet bump riser is included to match the front shock travel.

To match the front, the rear is lifted 2.5” with a multi-rate coil spring ensuring a supple ride and reasonable carry capacity. The rear geometry being similar to the front, everything is included to support flawless operation of all components. A rear Track Bar Riser and adjustable track bar correct the axle position and minimize yaw (side to side movement of the body as the axle travels), Extended Sway Bar Links are included to accommodate the extended travel stroke as are Stainless Brake Lines and Brake Line Routing Bracket guiding the longer brake lines clear of all moving components. FIBERGLASS SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping department takes the same time and effort in packaging your products as our engineers do in designing them. However, damage can still occur in shipping. Most of these damaged items can be easily repaired during install and or in paint prep. If this is not the case, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as SDHQ from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. The buyer must notify SDHQ of any damages within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to SDHQ and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. SDHQ, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

RETURNS:
Some items may be eligible to be returned if returned as new within 30 days of shipping, with a 20% re-stocking fee. If eligible for return, the return amount will be for store credit. There are NO returns after 30 days from the date of receipt. Freight is nonrefundable. Refunds will be given on parts only and exclude labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition.
