When Camburg designed their spring-under kit for the 2005-Current Toyota Tacomas they wanted to take the guess work out and make a kit that is easy to install. Camburg did this by designing the front and rear spring hangers to bolt to the frame using the existing holes used by the factory mounts that are riveted on. Camburg spent a lot of time working with Deaver designing the springs used for optimum wheel travel and performance. This kit has been used over the years on serious prerunners and race trucks winning races.

LEAF SPRING OPTION: Camburg spent a lot of time with Deaver Spring designing leaf springs for optimum wheel travel and performance. Camburg offers two different springs based on how you’re building your truck. They offer a “prerunner” and a “race” spring setup based on the load capacity needed. One spring doesn’t work for everyone.
According to Camburg the "HD" or "RACE" option would be for 500-1000lbs extra weight over a stock vehicle (i.e., a race application, full cage/bed cage dual spare tires, extra driveshaft, etc.)
NOTE: This suspension kit is for the serious builder/enthusiast and is intended to be used with a bed cage and 2.5-3.0 x 16-18″ travel shocks through the bed along with FOX or King bump stops. Their is quite a bit of work involved with installing these parts and not an entry level install.
