PRODUCT OVERVIEW:

This long travel kit for the 4th Gen (2003-2009) Toyota 4Runner is a race proven system that allow you to lift your 4Runner 3-4" with 13" of travel.

KEY FEATURES:

DAKAR race proven IFS long travel system.
3.5" extended 4130 chromoly tubular upper arms bolt to factory control arm mounting locations.
Upper and lower ball joints are replaced with 1" uniballs for maximum wheel travel and component strength.
TOTAL CHAOS includes 1" I.D. uniballs that feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & heat treated stainless steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniball's also features a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise.
Boxed and internally gusseted 3.5" extended lower control arms bolt to factory mounting locations and are pre tabbed for dual shock capability.
A secondary external bypass shock can be installed to increase dampening and tune-ability.
Bolt on lower uniball adapters are CNC machined from billet steel and include shortened factory hardware for ease of installation.
Spring rate options offer the ability to customize your ride for your specific application allowing you to custom tune the vehicle for specific terrain or desired performance.
Adjustable limit strap clevis' are included so that you can properly limit the suspensions droop wheel travel and make necessary adjustments during the life of the limit strap.
Stainless steel DOT braided brake lines, TC custom 17-4 stainless hi-misalignment spacers and all grade 8 mounting hardware is included.
TC 4340 custom extended axles reuse factory inner and outer CV's to retain 4wd.
(axles are sold separately and not included with the kit)
2 stage powder coat process includes a durable clear coat to provide a long lasting finish.

OPTIONAL HEIM PIVOT UPGRADE:

TC includes 3/4" chromoly lined heim joints for the pivots.
4130 chromoly tubing heim upper control arms are fully adjustable to allow maximum tuning of caster and camber.
Zero bushing deflection.

TECH NOTES:

Fiberglass fenders are required.
2.5" long travel specific coil over shocks bolt into the factory coil bucket location. Extended travel shocks are too short and will not work.

In an effort to keep the cost of shipping down, we try to consolidate shipments, and use the most efficient method of shipping, whether it be freight or UPS ground services. The shipping charges will be determined by our shipping department and you will be notified of the cost. This is the best way for us to give you the lowest cost on shipping your product.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
After the shipping costs have been calculated, you will be sent an email with an updated link to your order. Your updated order will include your order's shipping costs and be your original order with the letter "A" at the end. While checking for updates on your order please add an "A" to the end of your order number, as your order number without the "A" will show canceled since it has been superseded.

FIBERGLASS SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping department takes the same time and effort in packaging your products as our engineers do in designing them. However, damage can still occur in shipping. Most of these damaged items can be easily repaired during install and or in paint prep. If this is not the case, the buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as SDHQ from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. The buyer must notify SDHQ of any damages within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to SDHQ and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. SDHQ, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
